Meet The Brow Bar Owner Cecile Do. Cecile is an AAM PMU board certified artist and has been in the permanent makeup industry since 2017. Her expertise and focus is in permanent makeup eyebrows. Her experience and knowledge of the intricate aspects of tattooing eyebrows has helped hundreds of clients wake up to eyebrows they love everyday.
Not only is she an expert artist, her academy has trained and certified students across the United States. The Brow Bar academy focuses on small class sizes to allow for maximum engagement and student knowledge. Her curriculum provides a proven blueprint for students to follow to jumpstart their own PMU business.
